After experiencing a profound spiritual awakening that changed her life in every way, Tara began exploring Tantra and fell in love with the practice. After immersing herself into Tantra through workshops, literature, practices and a master class, she felt the calling to share Tantra with others. Tara also completed a month long teacher's certification course in Thailand, with Tribal Tantra, that completely rocked her world.

Some people may know Tara from Naked and Afraid. She survived 21 days in a Panamanian Jungle living intimately with the earth and sleeping with her bare naked skin touching the jungle soil every night. This particular experience is the basis for much of her spiritual growth and gifts to share with the world.

Tara's unique wilderness perspective can also be attributed to many years of teaching outdoor education, outdoor guiding, wilderness therapy, wilderness survival, working with people who've experienced trauma in the social services field and being an Earth Science teacher. She believes her science background, comfort of naturism, wilderness application and spiritual practices create a practice in entirety. Tara states, "It is important to first connect with nature and ourselves before we can fully connect with others in a healthy, authentic and intimate way."

Tara embraces the wild earth, wild femininity and wild passions that roam through her heart body and soul.
It is her purpose and calling to guide others' to root and bare their souls in order to connect with themselves
and others in an authentic and more intimate way.

Meditation sessions are held upstairs at Healthy Rhythm Community Art Gallery, 68 S Grand Avenue, Montrose, Colorado, in historic Sampler Square next door to Cimarron Coffee Roasters.
