Today is a very exciting day for Healthy Rhythm Community Art Gallery. I've been in conversation a good portion of today with internationally renowned Texas fine artist, Brian Broadway. And, after much discussion, a conversation which started almost 4 years ago, I am pleased to announce Mr. Broadway has agreed to come on board as a Gallery Artist and to have the Gallery be the exclusive representative of his artwork in the Mountain States! This development is a major accomplishment for the Gallery and Brian, and marks the beginning of a long and positive business relationship between Artist Brian Broadway and Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery.

Please take time to stop by the Gallery (located at 68 S Grand Ave, Montrose, CO) to view two of Mr. Broadway's beautiful original music paintings now on display; "Imagine" (John Lennon • 36"W x 48"H • Unframed) and "Purple Reign" (Prince • 22"W x 28.5"H). Both are available for purchase. Contact Ken Vail at the Gallery for pricing information.

Stay tuned in the coming days for a full press release and initial information on an upcoming collaborative Art Exhibition being planned with Gallery Artist and Gallery Photographer, Joe Niehuser and Brian Broadway. I promise you it will be an event you won't want to miss.

Brian Broadway (born 16 July 1968) is an internationally renowned and award winning fine artist. Broadway is best known for his pop culture, realism, and monochrome portrait works, but has also become accomplished in abstract works as well. His art follows the examples of Picasso and Gerhard Richter in undermining the concept that an artist must specialize in one specific genre. Broadway is regarded as one of America’s most sought after artists, and his works now reside in the private collections of several well known actors, professional athletes and musicians. Broadway is preparing artwork for a 2017 exhibition celebrating the 100th birthday of legendary jazz pianist, Thelonious Monk, at the prestigious Wilbur Jennings Gallery/Kenekebela House in Manhattan. He sold out his first NYC show in 2012. Currently, the artist is exhibiting his works in museums and galleries throughout the U.S. and Europe.
