Healthy Rhythm Music Presents Howlin' Dog Records artist "hONEyhoUSe :: Live in Concert at Healthy Rhythm" for an Evening of original Blues, Soul, Folk, and Americana music • Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Healthy Rhythm Community Art Gallery in our intimate Listening Room, located inside historic Sampler Square (68 S Grand Ave) in Montrose, Colorado! Special guest, Susan Walton.
Advance Main Gallery reserved seating ($20) and Studio Gallery General Admission ($15) when purchased at the Gallery. After show Meet & Greet with musicians is included. Advance purchase is recommended. This is a ticketless event. This show is limited to 50 concertgoers. Admission is $2 more Day of Show (if available).
NOTE: A portion of the concert proceeds will go to the family of 5 year-old brain cancer survivor Emily Reiss to help with medical expenses.

Mandy Buchanan, Yvonne Perea, and Hillary Smith have sung their way into the hearts of fans all over the country. Seamless harmonies, real life lyrics, energetic performances and timeless melodies keep "hONEyheads" coming back time and time again. The New Mexico Music Industry Coalition has presented hONEyhoUSe with numerous awards, among them, Best Album, Song of the Year, Best in Americana, Best Vocal, and Best Production. With the addition of stellar musicians, drummer Dianne DeLeon and bassist Danielle Andrade, there isn't a musical stone left unturned. Dianne and Danielle join Yvonne in creating a rhythm section as diverse as it is powerful. These women have become a favorite at the Michael Hearne Big Barn Dance Music Festival, inciting the audience to rise to their feet during each performance!
hONEyhoUSe has recently signed with Americana label, Howlin' Dog Records. HDR is a boutique label focusing on Southwest Americana and dedicated to helping artists survive and thrive in the ever-changing music business. Joining forces this Spring, the honeys are anxiously anticipating collaborating with Don Richmond, part-owner of Howlin' Dog Records and the company’s resident producer and multi-instrumentalist. With a deep soulfulness rooted in the Gospel-driven churches of her youth, a classically trained vocal instrument that’s a natural wonder and a God-given instinct for swinging a lyric, vocalist Hillary Smith has been electrifying audiences across the US for more than a quarter century. She’s a belter, but her voice also possesses great warmth and expressiveness, and she is able to get under the skin of those in her audience.

Red River songbird, Mandy Buchanan always delivers a moving, powerful performance whether she is singing with a lone guitar player or a full band, lead vocals or harmonies. Surrounded by a family of musicians, Mandy began singing in church at an early age. From country to blues, jazz to rock and roll, her sweet voice will take you by surprise when you least expect it.

Healthy Rhythm Community Art Gallery (HRCAG) is about Art and Music. The Gallery affords diverse individuals a user-friendly space to create, exhibit, and sell a variety of artwork. The Gallery, located at 68 S Grand Ave in Montrose, Colorado, also houses an intimate Live Performance Venue. Gallery hours are 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 12:30-7 p.m. Saturday.
